West Ham Conservatives are pleased to announce that our candidate for the 8th June general election will be Patrick Spencer.
Patrick works for the country's leading social justice campaign group and specialises in education, skills, poverty, and employment. Before that he worked in the financial services industry after attending the University of Leeds.
Patrick has been active in local politics and campaigning for 10 years and in that time has successfully campaigned on a variety of issues of great concern to West Ham residents, such as the quality of our street environment, the need to tackle anti-social behaviour and the need to address the demand for high quality housing across the borough which doesn't have an adverse impact on our schools, roads and health services.
For Patrick, being a Conservative is about bringing communities together and supporting the least advantaged in society but also government getting out of the way for people who want to get on in life. Patrick is proud to stand with Theresa May at this election and fully supports her vision for a strong negotiating position as we leave the EU.
His interests outside work and politics include socialising with friends, running, playing tennis and going to watch England play rugby at Twickenham.
